Frequently asked questions

I want to study in Europe, but I am unsure about the tuition and application fees?

The cost of studying in Europe varies greatly by country and region but a truly world-class education is obtainable without over-extending your budget. The typical tuition fee can range between 4000 and 30000 EUR/year, depending on the field of study, program and university. Application fees range from 100 to 300 EUR/application.

Please note that University application fee between 100 to 300 euros is non-refundable, which is set by the institution itself. Contact us for up-to-date information related to application fees, tuition fee and overall study cost.

What are the rules for working while studying in Europe?

As a non-EU student you can work within certain limits on a student residence permit subject to your part-time work does not exceed between 20 and 25 hours a week.

There are no limits in terms of hours on full-time work outside term times (summer and Christmas holidays specifically).

Where can I look for jobs?

You can actively seek out work options by contacting directly to potential employers in the city/area you are going to studying in. In searching jobs, your own initiative is the key factor! Students usually contact the Career Services of their hosting institution for some general advice on job hunting.

What is the cost of living?

The general cost of living and the monthly living expenses for a single student is approximately 250€ – 1000€, depending on where and which country they live and study in Europe. The most cost-effective option for a single student is to live in a student housing apartment.

Some students prefer to arrive with their families (spouse and/or kids) and for them private housing option is suitable, which can cost between 500€ to 2500€ .

Can I travel across EU with my student visa?

The great thing about the European student permit is that it allows you to freely travel throughout the whole Schengen area (28 EU members states). There are 50 countries in Europe, but only 44 of them have their capital city on the European continent. A student can travel within all 50 countries without any additional visa required, except for the UK, Ireland, and Russia.

What is the cost of Study Advisor services?

Our initial consultation is offered free of charge. This helps us to understand your academic background, financial circumstances, objectives and priorities and establish how we can help you to process further.

It also help you to find out more about our readymade special packages. As there are significant costs in providing quality service including the costs of overheads, couriers, telephonic follow-ups, travel time for student pickup and other related costs, therefore, we do charge a reasonable amount for our services and offer you an all-inclusive package for a single amount which you or your family can easily afford.

NOTE: All clients need to pay our advisory fee in full amount during the time of signing the study advisory agreement. However, for any reason, if your student visa is denied we will refund you the 50% of the fee minus 50% administration cost.
